Genuine Worship to God & Sincere Love for One Another

Limestone Church of Christ logo

Greetings! The Limestone Church of Christ is an assembly of Christians meeting together in Kingston, Ontario who enjoy regular Bible study and fellowship with one another. Our desire is to be a New Testament church, just like the one you can read about in the Bible. We have no source of religious authority except the Bible (God’s Blueprint) for doctrine and practice. God’s word is perfect, and thus we ought to obey what He has revealed. We cannot improve upon His pattern for salvation, worship, and life.

We make it our aim to follow His plan in all things we do and encourage others to do the same, to the glory of God. If that appeals to you, then we look forward to seeing you. Also, we’d be delighted for you to connect with us on Facebook, YouTube, and meetup.com.

Salvation and Worship, God’s Way!

Let’s worship God and encourage one another this week!

You are invited to come and worship God with us this week. We meet in the Sunnyside Hall of the Cataraqui Community Centre, located at 1030 Sunnyside Road in Kingston. Our assemblies at this location include:

SUNDAYS
10:00 a.m. | Bible Class
11:00 a.m. | Worship

WEDNESDAYS
7:00 p.m. | Bible Class

Assembling together with fellow believers is important, as God’s word reveals (Hebrews 3:12-13; Hebrews 10:24-25; Psalm 122:1). If you are able to be with us, then we look forward to the mutual encouragement we will share. If you cannot join us in-person, then you can watch our services livestreamed on both Facebook and YouTube.

In addition to our weekly worship and studies at the Cataraqui Community Centre, we have additional studies scheduled via meetup.com each week. If you sign-up at Kingston Bible Study and Trail Talks., then you can sign up to receive regular updates on these gatherings. Information on these additional studies is also available here.

Helpful Insights from “The Lord’s Prayer” – Praying Like Jesus

Matthew 6:9-13 contains a section of text which has been dubbed, “The Lord’s Prayer.” The thought is certainly not that it was a rarity for Jesus to pray, for as we’ve discussed previously, Jesus was constant in prayer. Nor is the idea that Jesus desired for His disciples or any other to use His words …
